Build houses and collect rent. But don't forget the forces of nature. They threaten your houses and can bring them down.

Act deliberately and raise your houses with a plan. It's not just the luck of the dice that counts.

Houses are built on four construction fields, which each player has in front of them. And every house brings points in the game. But a house is not built to last forever, as natural disasters can cause them to collapse.

However, you are not completely defenceless and not every construction field is equally affected by disaster.

This game is entertaining and easy to learn. It relies on a mixture of dice luck and strategy. Suitable for game evenings with family and friends.
